ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Quantity discounts apply automatically at checkout when the stated quantity is in your cart.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout. By ordering, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

WHAT THE PRODUCT DOES

Our ultrasonic cleaner is a cleaning device. It removes physical debris from tools.

It does not disinfect, sanitise or sterilise. It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for disinfection, sterilisation, or an autoclave. It should be used in addition to cleaning with a brush, soap and running water — not instead of it.

Hygiene requirements for licensed professionals vary by state, by licence type and over time. Nothing we publish is compliance advice. You are responsible for knowing and meeting the rules that apply to you.

USING IT SAFELY

Do not submerge anything containing a battery or motor. Do not use bleach, solvents or flammable liquids in the tank. Do not run the unit dry. Do not open the housing. Follow the instructions supplied with the product.

Some items can be damaged by ultrasonic cleaning, including soft or porous gemstones, glued components, loose settings, and brushes with glued ferrules. Check before you clean anything valuable or irreplaceable.

WARRANTY

We warrant the product against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery, which is covered by our refund policy. Beyond that, email us — we'd rather sort a problem out than not.

Except where the law says otherwise, the product is supplied as is, and we make no other warranties, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pivot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this website, including lost income or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

YOUR CONTENT

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you give us permission to use it in connection with our business. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on this site — text, images, design — belongs to Pivot. Don't copy it for commercial use without asking.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
