Shipping

Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum.

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Orders placed at the weekend go out the following week.

Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Some arrive sooner. Some take longer — customs and carrier handoffs are outside our control, and we'd rather give you the honest range than a date we can't keep.

Your items ship from our fulfilment partner's facility overseas. We're a small operation and we don't run a warehouse. It means we can price the way we do; it also means we're slower than Amazon. That trade-off is here so you can make it with your eyes open.

Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is scanned. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email hello@pivotsupplyco.com and we'll chase it.

Not arrived after 30 days? Email us and we'll either replace it or refund you. You choose.

Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. After dispatch we can't reroute a parcel, and packages returned to sender because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the shipping we paid.

We currently ship to the United States only.
